How is the business being sold viewed in terms of brand and location and how will it be handled in the future, how long will the old owner have to commit to the company they are selling, how likely is the seller to receive an additional earn-out purchase price for their sale and can the seller keep the sales price after the signed purchase agreement?

3HCF's strength is in selling small companies to significantly larger companies, even international conglomerates. Our sales material and operating model give us access to large corporate buyers. We act as a bridge builder in communications between owner-entrepreneurs and industrial or professional buyers. Most of our assignments are sold to foreign industrial buyers.
Our compensation model is very competitive as the vast majority of the fee is based on the success of the transaction. It is usually easier to pay a fee for a larger amount of euros.
Careful preparation for selling business can have a significant impact on the valuation or sales price and terms of the share-purchase-agreement. Owner-entrepreneurs typically lack time, but with our advice we aim to build more optimal operating environment for the corporate acquisition and the sales price the owner receives from it.
