Honko Corporate Finance Oy, or 3HCF, acts as a corporate transaction and restructuring partner for Finnish business owners or owner-entrepreneurs internationally. The service we offer is based on the model by which large international investment banks sell companies. The advantages of our M&A process and tender offers are usually very clear to the owner-entrepreneurs. Our process is adjusted to be cost-effective for small-and medium sized enterprises (SME), so please contact us if your company is planning a sale or preparing for a change in ownership.

Our customer base generally consists of Finnish companies with a turnover of 2-50 million euros, with historical or future operating profit exceeding 300,000 euros.

3HCF exit service covers various types of corporate acquisition and structures, and advisory services for listing a company on the First North marketplace. The relationship with a client can begin with building exit readiness, approximately 12-24 months before the start of the official sales assignment, or directly through the sales assignment. The road to the stock exchange is often far more complicated, so verifying and building the readiness and ability early on will contribute to the success of the future listing.

3HCF requires exclusivity for the deal making and we never outsource our work to an international network or partner. The corporate acquisition process is also always carried out by experienced personnel, and we do not provide the service with juniors. The starting point is that our process saves our client maximum time and allows the client to focus on running their business. Our operating model is also built to be cost-effective, and it is hardly never worthwhile for an owner-entrepreneur to pay for an all-inclusive package deal.
